		<description>You know I am not sure. Does it require an opt out? Or is taking that action the same? Tough question. I would assume that if you do not opt out at that point in time then you would still be subscribed. I mean maybe you know that you are already subscribed and just don&#039;t check it for the reason you think you don&#039;t need to? So many scenarios that could play out.</description>

What if I signed up for your newsletter a while ago, then come back to your website and fill in one of your lead forms to download one of your whitepapers but this time I do not check the box to opt-in to your newsletter... Does that mean I&#039;ve opted out and you need to unsubscribe me from your list?

At that point I would expect to get an alert that says: you have previously opted in to receive our newsletter, do you wish to continue to receive it?

Or am I making things too complicated now?</description>
