great article and oh so true... every day you hear &quot;have you tried this out&quot; and I see a lot of companies in Europe, or losing it on all those hype things, or jumping from one hype to another, without fixing the basics. And as you said, it&#039;s not a question about not doing it, it&#039;s just a question of realising what is &quot;needed&quot;. Everybody jumps now on social media, except a lot of the companies out there suck in even sending out a normal email. So let&#039;s first all do the beaiscs correctly before we jump to the &quot;next best thing out there&quot;.
